HASLEMERE ADOPTION CENTRE

We welcome your enquiries to the Adoption Centre from 9am - 4pm  (closed Tuesdays). Please do check out here for our visiting hours.

We have so many wonderful cats waiting for their forever home so do view our Adopt a Cat page or get in touch.

To keep our cats safe and happy, we've been inspired to carry on our popular cat matching appointments, both online and face-to-face.

Our friendly team at the Haslemere Adoption Centre will help you choose a cat that is best suited to you, your lifestyle and your home. When you give a home to a cat or kitten from us, you can be assured that it has been vet checked, neutered (if it is old enough), vaccinated, microchipped, and treated for fleas and worms.

You can also buy everything you need for your cat, such as food, litter, bowls and toys from us too. All profits we make go back to helping more cats in need of a loving new home.

Parting with your cat
Giving up your cat is never an easy decision and sometimes cat owners can find themselves in a position where they have to give up their much loved pet through no fault of their own. If you need advice about having to give up your cat then rest assured we are here to help. We can support you through this difficult decision and find a solution that is best for your cat. Take a look at our guide on Rehoming your Cat for more information.

Do think about fostering a cat
If you love cats, but are unsure about the long-term commitment, fostering could be the answer. At our Centre, we always have cats and kittens needing a little extra help and loving care in a home environment until they find their forever families. As a volunteer fosterer you would care for one of these cats in your own home (no garden needed) for a few weeks until they are ready to be adopted.  You really will be making a huge difference in helping to give these cats a second chance at a happy life. Head over to our Volunteer page for more information

Donating cat food, litter, cat toys and charity items

Thank you!  These are all much needed and very welcome.  If you are able, please drop off donations in our donations box outside of Reception. For more information on other ways you can provide invaluable help to us, head over to our Support Us page.
